What?

Matrix server services were intermittently unavailable.

When?

Between 11:27 AM CDT and 12:58 PM CDT on Sunday, May 16th.

Why?

The Matrix Synapse server encountered an error that resulted in increased load and worker timeouts after applying the latest update. Services were restarted to resolve the issue. Monitoring for futher issues.
